East China Normal University establishes Wang Yuan Chemistry Museum. On the tenth anniversary of Mr. Wang Yuanhua's death, the Wang Yuan Chemistry Museum reopened, and the unveiling ceremony of the bronze statue was held in the library of Zhongshan North Road Campus. The bronze statue was created by Li Xiuqin, a famous sculptor. Shu Chuanxi, Xu Jiang and other professors from China Academy of Fine Arts donated money spontaneously. Chen Bohai, director of the Library of China Academy of Sciences, director of the Institute of Literature of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Lin, director of Shanghai Wuyuan Institute of Culture, and assistant director of China Academy of Sciences attended the opening ceremony of China Academy of Sciences and the unveiling ceremony of Mr. Wang's bronze statue.

In 200 1 year, Derrida, a French master philosopher, came to China to give lectures. As a master scholar, Wang Yuanhua was invited to have a wonderful philosophical dialogue with Derrida. Wang Yuanhua's 5 1 calligraphy works were exhibited in Shanghai Art Museum from June 5th to February 6th to April, 2004. At 22: 40 on May 9, 2008, Wang Yuanhua died in Ruijin Hospital at the age of 88. Qian Zhongshu and Wang Yuanhua, two famous scholars, are called "the money kings of North and South".
