Kindergarten teachers reflect on Chinese activities in large classes, my little room.
In this "Miao Yi Cup" quality class evaluation, I chose the picture book "Little House" to design a language activity for a large class. This picture book shows the changes of people's living environment after the rapid development of industry from the perspective of "small house". The picture is rich in color, with strong contrast before and after. Although it is translation, the language of the story is standardized, the words and sentences are beautiful, and various rhetorical devices are infiltrated into it. It is a story picture book with both visibility and audibility. How to present such a picture book to children? What can they get from it? First of all, through the analysis of picture books, there are two clues in the story: light and shade, bright lines are intuitive picture information, and the four seasons in the first half show the beauty and interest of rural pastoral in different seasons. The body is now in the layout design and color change of the picture. In spring, it is bright green and full of vitality. Summer is light dark green, showing its lush characteristics. In autumn, red, yellow and orange are dotted with green, which highlights its colorful characteristics. In winter, the bright colors of people's clothes in white clothes set off the beauty of white. Interest in stories is reflected in people's activities and work in different seasons, such as swimming in summer, picking in autumn and exercising in winter. The second half is in sharp contrast with the first half with the change of color tone, the increase of things in the picture and the fullness of layout, which not only embodies the convenience brought by urban development, but also presents discomfort such as pollution, noise and congestion. The dark line in the story is the mood of the small house, which changes with the change of rural construction, from happiness to loneliness and sadness, and then to happiness. This is also the theme that the author wants to reflect, the relationship between people and the development of the times and the living environment. Second, think about what the child's experience is. In their living environment, they can feel the convenience and pleasure brought by urban life, as well as the inconvenience brought by environmental pollution such as smog. At the same time, they also have intuitive feelings about rural life. These existing experiences help them understand the story of picture books. Third, what can children get from reading this picture book? Knowing the main content of the story and what the author said is of course the most basic. What else is there? This requires thinking according to the development needs of young children. When I position this picture book teaching in the language field, then I need to focus on the development goals in the language field. There are two goals about reading in the guide: "I like reading stories and reading books." "Have a preliminary reading comprehension ability." It can be seen that picture book reading is not only to see and solve the problems you see, but also to understand and solve the problems of understanding. How can we guide children to look carefully, and how can we help them understand and judge whether they understand? This requires a variety of methods and means to assist and guide. First, step by step, accumulate the experience of "seeing". 1. Fine reading of a single picture. The reading of picture books starts with the first picture, guiding children to observe for themselves, such as the external characteristics of the protagonist's small house, such as shape and color, the characteristics that reflect his inner feelings, and the people, things and things around him, in the corners and details of the picture. Through the observation of a single picture, we can understand the reading method and find that we can try to figure out the inner world of the characters by watching, which will remind children of their existing reading experience. Comparative reading of multiple pictures. In order to highlight the changes of the four seasons in picture books, guide children to read in a comparative way. At the same time, four pictures are presented, which is convenient for children to compare and appreciate, color, character activities and details during reading. In the process of finding and discovering different things, they pay attention to details and deeply understand, feel and experience the emotions and psychology of people and small houses. 3. Read multiple pictures continuously. In order to highlight the rapid and great changes around the small house in the second half of the story, we choose the way of reading multiple pictures continuously to present the whole process of changes to children, so that they can pay attention to the relationship between the pictures before and after reading and accumulate experience in browsing and reading. When they understand the overall changes, selective intensive reading helps to perceive and understand the big framework of the story. Second, multi-dimensional questioning to promote understanding and self-expression It is important to observe pictures in reading activities, but understanding and expression are also the goals of children's development and the core experience of their language development. How to promote their understanding and independent expression, asking questions is a more direct and effective method. Asking questions from different dimensions can trigger children's different experiences and multi-angle thinking and judgment. 1. arouse the attention and descriptive expression of the picture. For example, in the first link, ask the question "What kind of small house is this? What's around it? " Arouse children's observation of the picture. For example, in the second link, the question "What changes have taken place in the countryside around small houses?" Children need to observe and read four pictures as a whole. The question is "Where do you think the countryside is beautiful?" Children need to pay attention to a picture or some details in it. When children answer these questions, they mostly use descriptive language, such as …, who is doing what, what color … and how … looks. 4. Initiate further thinking and evaluative expression of the story. For example, the question "Do you think a small house will like city life? Why? " And "some people suggest that it be removed, and some people think that it is impossible to remove it. What do you think? " Let children relate the story before and after, and give their own opinions on the basis of understanding, which requires not only watching, but also thinking. This question is open to some extent. There are reasons for demolition and reasons for not demolition. Children can freely express their views according to their own understanding. Speculative questions can guide children to understand stories more deeply. 3. Express with the help of existing experience. For example, the question "What is the city like?" "What's more? What is missing? " It can stimulate the review and expression of one's own experience and realize the sharing and complementarity of experiences among peers. This link in picture book reading helps children to understand the inevitability of urban development, feel the convenience and superiority of urban development, and help to form a relatively objective evaluation of urban development and change, which is not easy to be influenced by subjective factors of picture books and over-amplify the disadvantages brought by urban development. Third, sound effects assist to set off emotional clues. For the reading of picture books and the appreciation of other literary works, there are some places that are clear and clear, and some places that are unclear. Therefore, we can use the content and elements of other fields to help children feel more vividly and intuitively, enhance their experience and enrich their experience. In the process of this activity, I used a variety of sound effects to compare the emotions and feelings of the small house at different stages. For example, the story begins with the laughter of birds, dogs and people in nature, creating an atmosphere of being in beautiful countryside and guiding children to feel the artistic conception of a small house. Another example is to choose cheerful guitar music, create a sunny, comfortable and cheerful atmosphere, and set off the beauty and interest of the four seasons. When a series of changes are taking place around the small house, the slightly sad music is chosen as the main tone, and with the adjustment of the picture content, the sound of traffic, the mechanical sound of the construction site, the sound of high-speed rail running and the noise of people are added. All of them have been added, so that the content to be expressed in the picture book can be presented to children in a more three-dimensional and diversified way, helping them to have a * * * sound with the small house and better understand its mood. With the help of sound effects, the emotional clues of the story are subtly highlighted. With the development of the activity, there are still many problems worthy of my serious consideration and deliberation. For example, in the second part of the activity, my preset purpose is to guide children's observation around the beauty and interest of the four seasons. The story is divided into two parts, one is a description of the environment of the four seasons, and the other is a description of people's activities. However, due to the lack of effective response in the activity, this part failed to achieve the expected goal, resulting in the children's language expression has not been improved and expanded, and the vocabulary and sentence patterns used are all based on experience. How to respond effectively to this link? Another example is the complete appreciation of the story, because the content has been deleted, how to delete it to better retain the good words of the original text.
