The Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) has been implemented since 202 1, 1. On May 28th, 2020, the Third Session of the 13th National People's Congress voted to pass the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), which consists of seven parts, with article 1260, and some of them are general provisions, property rights, contracts, personality rights, marriage and family, inheritance, tort liability and supplementary provisions. Throughout, the people-centered development thought runs through, focusing on meeting people's needs for a better life, and making clear and detailed provisions on citizens' personal rights, property rights and personality rights. Specify tort liability, and clarify the right of claim and relief when rights are weakened, damaged and infringed. It embodies the full protection of people's rights and is known as the "declaration of people's rights in the new era", marriage law, inheritance law, general principles of civil law, adoption law and so on.
