1. Click the right mouse button on the file or disk that cannot be opened to open the properties window.

2. After entering the property window, select the "Security" tab.

3. In the security interface of properties, we select the administrator account and click Edit.

4. In the editing window, also select your own account. In the permission list below, check all the following permissions and confirm them. Go and see if the software can be opened again.

5. If it can't be opened, under the "Security" tab, open the "Advanced" button.

6. In the interface that appears by clicking Advanced, select the Owner tab and click Edit.

7. After entering the "Edit" interface, in the "Change Owner to" list box, select your own account, then check "Replace Owner of Subcontainers and Objects" and click "Confirm".
