I also use POSB card. POSB is with DBS Bank (POSB merged with DBS Bank several years ago). DBS Bank has two branches in Shanghai (also in Beijing and Guangzhou). Since you have a POSB card, it will be more convenient and economical to send money directly from there. You don't have to run by yourself.
