Pingliang City, located in the east of Gansu Province, is the "Golden Triangle" where Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia meet. It spans Longshan (Guanshan), bordering Xianyang in Shaanxi in the east, Dingxi and Baiyin in Gansu in the west, Baoji in Shaanxi and Tianshui in Gansu in the south, and Guyuan in Ningxia and Qingyang in Gansu in the north. Pingliang has jurisdiction over 1 municipal district, 5 counties and 1 county-level city.

1, Pingliang Kongtong Mountain Scenic Area

The national 5A-level scenic spot is located at12km west of Pingliang City, Gansu Province, with Xi in the east, Lanzhou in the west, Baoji in the south and Yinchuan in the north. It is the fortress of the ancient Silk Road in the west.

2. Wang Mu Palace Scenic Area of Dayun Temple in Jingchuan

The national 4A-level scenic spot, which is famous for the birthplace of Xiwangmu culture, the location of Xiwangmu ancestral temple and the sacred place of Buddhist bones and relics, is located in a pear in the west of Jingchuan County, Pingliang City, Gansu Province.
