Brief introduction of Luoyang library
Luoyang Library, formerly known as Luoyang People's Library, was established in April 1953. 1958, the new library building of Xigong Kaixuan West Road 13 was completed, and the library moved in and changed its name to Luoyang Library. The name of the museum was inscribed by Guo Moruo, then vice chairman of the National People's Congress and president of China Academy of Sciences.
