Primary and secondary standards for classification of civil buildings
Legal analysis: According to the different requirements of controlling indoor environmental pollution, civil construction projects are divided into the following two categories: (1) The first category of civil construction projects: residential buildings, hospitals, elderly buildings, kindergartens, school classrooms and other civil construction projects; Class II civil construction projects: office buildings, shops, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, bookstores, libraries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, public transport waiting rooms, restaurants, barbershops and other civil construction projects.

Legal basis: Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Construction Projects 1.0.4 Civil construction projects are divided into the following two categories according to different requirements for indoor environmental pollution control:

1, a class of civil construction projects: residential buildings, hospitals, old buildings, kindergartens, school classrooms and other civil construction projects;

2. Class II civil construction projects: office buildings, shops, hotels, cultural and entertainment venues, bookstores, libraries, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, public transport waiting rooms, restaurants, barbershops and other civil construction projects.
