I remember that I began to buy books consciously from high school, when my study life was too boring. At that time, most of the books I bought were martial arts novels, because Jin Yong's martial arts novels in those years were basically made into TV series, such as Legend of the Condor Heroes, Legend of the Condor Heroes, Eight Dragons and so on. Interest-oriented, which belongs to recreational reading.
Later, when I went to college, besides specialized books, I read more books on history, philosophy and biography, such as General History of China, General History of the World and Zeng Guofan, which made me think more about history and humanities. Among them, when I was about to graduate, I bought many books about workplace skills, such as What color is your parachute, Now I find your advantage, and 100 Successful Interview Skills. Now it seems that most of them are studying with the goal of exploring the unknown.
Now that I have worked for many years, I have a deeper thinking about reading and buying books. I basically buy books based on problems. At the same time, because I have participated in the organization and activities of the book-breaking gang (a very good offline learning organization), I now read more practical books, and more of them are studying as doctors with books. If there is a problem, I will find a doctor to diagnose it and find a suitable solution. I think this may be more for people in the workplace.
According to the statistics of 20 16, the average reading volume of paper books for adults in China is 4.77, which is far lower than that of South Korea (1 1), France (20), Japan (40) and Israel (64). The average person reads 13.43 minutes every day. I think the purpose of reading is not only for quantity, but also for quantity. The realization of the Chinese dream requires all of us to study hard and develop good reading habits. I hope more people will join in and read together!
