"Fermented longan bread", also known as "red wine longan bread", is a "national characteristic" bread that Wu Baochun participated in the 2008 World Cup Bread Competition. Fermented longan bread replaces rice wine with red wine, uses dried longan smoked by ancient methods in Dongshan District of Tainan City, and adds noodles, germ and walnuts to become an innovative European bread in Taiwan Province Province. "Rice-brewed Li Xiang Bread", also known as "Litchi Rose Bread", was a "national characteristic" bread when Wu Baochun participated in the 20 10 World Cup Bread Masters. Rice-brewed Li Xiang bread is made of local ingredients in Taiwan Province Province, such as dried litchi in Fenyuan Township, Changhua County, indigenous rice wine in Sandimen Township, Pingtung County, organic rose petals in Puli Town, Nantou County, and walnut noodles.
