Second floor: Chinese periodical reading room, youth reading room, literature and art lending library, comprehensive reading room (I), local literature reading room, historical literature reading room and study room.

The third floor: back issue reading room, reference book reading room, natural science lending room, comprehensive reading room (2) and dense stacks.

Fourth floor: back issue newspaper library and newspaper reading room.
