② Sound insulation board

A good sound insulation board can block the sound volume of more than 30dB, and it is a high-density material.

Not all frequencies of sound can be blocked by the sound insulation board, and the sound insulation effect will be reduced for the vibration frequency of the object.

When choosing the sound insulation board, you must look at the test reports of CMA (China Metrology Certification) and CNAS (China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment). In addition to this method, there is no other way to distinguish its performance, and its sound insulation effect can only be known after construction.

③ Polyester fiber sound-absorbing board

Made of 100% polyester fiber by hot pressing process, it is a cocoon and cotton material with various shapes and colors. Sound-absorbing, flame-retardant and moisture-proof, generally used in museums, libraries, concert halls and other high-frequency places.

④ Sound insulation felt

Sound insulation felt is a kind of high-density sound insulation and environmental protection material with rubber, plastic and other elastic materials as the main materials. It has a good sound insulation effect on high-frequency and low-frequency sounds, and is generally used for building walls, ceilings, pipes, etc. It is the most used sound insulation material in the market.

It is characterized by softness, free cutting, high strength, fire prevention and environmental protection, and convenient construction.

Household sound insulation treatment

(1) ceiling sound insulation

When the ceiling is suspended, soundproof cotton is laid on one side of the ceiling, and then the keel is made into a small grid, and the soundproof cotton is filled in the small grid, leaving a certain distance from top to bottom, so that the sound can be isolated from top to bottom and sound transmission can be reduced. It is beneficial to avoid medium-sized grids. If the grid size is too large, the sound will vibrate like thunder, and the purpose of sound insulation will not be achieved.

This method is suitable for rooms with high floors. Don't try rooms with high floors, the ceiling will be very depressed.

② Wall sound insulation

Put a keel on the wall and fill it with soundproof cotton, stick a layer of soundproof felt, and seal the outermost layer with gypsum board.

If you want better effect, you can also add a layer of polyester fiber sound-absorbing board.

But this will increase the thickness of the wall and reduce the indoor use area.

Ps: If the house has been decorated, you can also put a layer of sound insulation cotton or sound insulation board on the wall, but it will affect the appearance to a certain extent.

③ Pipe sound insulation

A. First coat a layer of sound insulation paint, then wrap a layer of sound insulation felt, then wrap a layer of sound insulation cotton, and then wrap a layer of sound insulation felt. After four sound insulation treatments, the basic pipeline is silent.

B: First, wrap a layer of sound insulation cotton, then wrap the pipe with red bricks, and hang the net and stick the bricks. This method can basically completely isolate the sound.
