What are the statutory "four basic services" of postal universal service?
Legal analysis: The four basic postal services are simply: letters, bills, parcels and remittances. Letters are letters, brushes are printed matter, bags are parcels, and remittances are postal remittances.

Legal basis: Article 14 of the Postal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) deals with the following businesses:

(1) mail delivery;

(2) Postal remittance and postal savings;

(three) the issuance of stamps and the production and sale of philatelic products;

(four) domestic newspapers, books and other publications;

(five) other business as prescribed by the state.
