The reader's card can be handled at the reader registration office of each library. The general library can apply for a reader's card with my ID card, and the certificate can enter the reading room to borrow books. Some large libraries have several reader cards, some of which can only be borrowed for general reading, and some can be borrowed from special reading rooms. The latter requires a special certificate, such as a university lecturer or above.
