Legal basis: Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Management of Mobile Phones for Primary and Secondary School Students.
First, restricted to the campus. Schools should inform students and parents that, in principle, personal mobile phones should not be brought into the campus. If students really need to bring their mobile phones into the campus, they must apply in writing and get the consent of their parents. After entering the school, the mobile phone should be handed over to the school for unified custody, and it is forbidden to bring it into the classroom.
The second is to refine management measures. Schools should incorporate mobile phone management into the daily management of schools, formulate specific measures, clarify the place, method and responsible person of unified storage, and provide necessary storage equipment. We should take measures such as setting up a public telephone on campus, setting up a communication hotline for class teachers, exploring the use of an electronic student ID card with call function, or providing other parents with convenient ways to contact students to solve the call demand between students and their parents. Strengthen classroom teaching and homework management, and do not use mobile phones to assign homework or require students to use mobile phones to complete homework.
