How to make detailed joints in reinforcement engineering.
In reinforcement engineering, it is very important to make detailed joints. Every joint is related to the overall engineering quality, and its quality cannot be ignored because of simple construction. Zhong Da Consulting will explain to you the practice of detailed joints in reinforcement engineering.

1, wall reinforcement positioning

2, steel bar rolling straight thread connection

1. Material: steel bar, connecting sleeve and protective cap.

2. Tools: straight thread rolling machine, wrench, grinding wheel cutting machine.

3. Working procedure: steel bar blanking → wire rolling → wire head inspection → straight thread sleeve connection.

4. Process method: according to the list of steel bars, cut the steel bars with a grinding wheel cutter, and the cut end face is flat and perpendicular to the axis. Require thread head, tooth profile, pitch, etc. The processed rebar thread must be consistent with the connecting sleeve, and the threaded teeth shall not have defects such as cracks and broken teeth. The processing length of the thread head is 1/2 of the standard sleeve length (the specifications of the selected sleeve shall conform to Table 2- 1), and a plastic protective cap shall be installed at the end of the sleeve in time. When connecting the sleeve, screw the steel wire head into the connecting sleeve that has passed the type inspection, tighten it with a wrench so that the steel wire head is butted in the center of the sleeve, and then check the tightening torque with a torque wrench. The exposed threads of the standard joint after installation shall not exceed two complete threads.

5. Control points: cutting and blanking, thread processing and steel bar connection.

6. Quality requirements: the cut-off end should be straight and perpendicular to the axis, the length tolerance of the thread head should be +2P, and the steel bar connection should be firm.

3, external wall bolt hole plugging

1. Material: hardened cement mortar, waterproof mortar, expansion agent and cement-based waterproof coating.

2. Tools: cylindrical brush, trowel, tamping rod, grey board, cork, etc.

3. Working procedure: hole cleaning → hard mortar pouring → waterproof mortar coating → waterproof paint coating.

4. Process method: Clean the impurities in the hole with a cylindrical brush, and spray water for wetting 3 hours before construction. The inner side of the hole is plugged with a conical cork, and the slightly expanded hard mortar is filled to a distance of 30 mm from the surface. After solidification, apply cement-based waterproof coating, and apply waterproof mortar to the orifice, flush with the wall surface. Brush the surface with cement-based waterproof coating, and spray water for maintenance for not less than 3 days.

5. Control points: hole cleaning, stuffing and waterproofing.

6. Quality requirements: the filler is dense and the waterproof treatment is in place.

2. Cast-in-situ concrete surface

1. material: concrete, 2 m long and 300 mm wide mirror bamboo veneer, string.

2. Tools: vibrator, flat vibrator, scraper, wood trowel, trowel, brown brush, etc.

3. Working procedure: leveling with scraping bar → rubbing hair → finishing the surface with polishing machine → fine hair.

4. Process method: After the concrete is cast, scrape it with a scraper according to the elevation control line, and smooth it with a wood trowel. Before the final set (when the footprint of a person standing on the concrete surface is less than 5mm deep), compact it with a trowel, and then use a brown brush to smooth the surface. When napping, the bamboo veneer of a mirror with a length of 2m and a width of 300mm at the foot is alternately moved backwards, with the center spacing of 500~600mm, and the napping depth and direction are consistent.

5. Control point: wiping time.

6. Quality requirements: the concrete surface is smooth, and the napping width and spacing are uniform and consistent, with the same direction.
