Except for the reading room on the west side of the ground floor and a reading room on the third floor, individual libraries do not handle cards at all.

You need a permit to enter other reading rooms (in principle, you are not allowed to bring your own books in)

Every library that needs to be verified has a staff member "stationed" and a reader's card for equipment inspection is valid.

Can you borrow books from the card you applied for (that is, the reader card)

The card itself is the same, but different functions are added to the chip when handling the card.

At present, there are four regular functions: general reading, general borrowing, reference reading and reference borrowing.

(There are also unconventional one-month temporary reference books)

-General reading is free. You can read in the ordinary library, but you can't check it out.

-Ordinary borrowing is also free of annual fee, but you need to pay a deposit 100. You can borrow ordinary books without reference.

-Reference reading for 25/ year, no deposit, you can borrow books from all public reading rooms, but you can't lend them out.

(You can add ordinary lending function as needed, and you can borrow it by paying a deposit of 100. )

-Reference loan for 50 years, deposit 1000. Books can be found in all public reading rooms, and all library systems, such as reference lending, can be listed as loanable books.

Each library has its own opening hours, most of which are 9: 00 am 16: 30 am, and some are 20: 30 am.

During this period, there is no time limit for readers to read books and occupy seats.

You can sit from morning till night if you like. Yes, all day.
