"Relocation of City No.2 Middle School" is the project of "Action Plan for Promoting Urban Construction in the New Two Years" determined by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. "Complete the overall relocation of No.2 Middle School and build a senior middle school in * * Province" is a practical project to improve people's livelihood in urban areas in 20 17 years. It can be said that at present, I am facing a rare development opportunity, which should be the conscious action of all of us.
Last year, on the 24th night of the twelfth lunar month, all our teachers held a mobilization meeting for the establishment of * * senior high schools. 1 1 The establishment working group has started its work in an all-round way. Poetry and distance should be our pursuit of Excellence. This semester, the special education activities of "Show the Southeast and Set sail from now on" will be organized in three grades, and a grand ceremony will be held for 18-year-old adults. It has been the dream of all our teachers for many years to establish a * * high school, so here I also put forward three requirements for teachers.
First of all, we should practice excellent education with high quality teaching. In the second half of last year, on the basis of many years' implementation of master's education, we put forward the school-running concept of "towards Excellence". In other words, it is necessary to run excellent education and first-class education. However, we must understand that an excellent education must be one with good exam results and high quality of education and teaching. If we don't have stable teaching quality and good academic examination and college entrance examination results, the masses will say that we are just superficial articles, scold us behind our backs and even spit on us. Therefore, we teachers should prepare every class, do a good job in every class, design every assignment and write every test paper, so as to ensure that every class has quality and efficiency, every assignment has scores, every exam has progress, and every day's activities are full of confidence, passion and youth, share joys and sorrows with students and grow together, so that the school can become a place where teachers and students can live an extraordinary life.
Second, practice excellent education with scientific educational methods. Education means that one tree shakes another tree, one cloud pushes another cloud, and one soul awakens another. Based on the application of "Taiwei class" resources, we should carry out in-depth research on the reform of classroom teaching structure in senior high schools, deepen the implementation of "administrative class+walking teaching" teaching reform, fully implement "one lesson, one case" and school-based homework, and effectively improve the quality and effect of collective lesson preparation. On the basis of consolidating the special training of mathematics, we should strengthen bilingual writing and composition teaching and carry out extensive reading activities in depth. We can't choose textbooks, but we can choose teaching methods; We can't avoid exams, but we can avoid the sea of questions. Take a clear-cut stand against indoctrination and spoon-feeding teaching, and vigorously advocate heuristic, inquiry, discussion and participatory teaching; Take a clear-cut stand against fatigue war, attrition war and naval battle, pursue green quality and build a good educational ecology.
Third, practice excellent education with students' lifelong development.
