Three steps of reading comprehension
1, read the full text and get the main idea. When answering reading comprehension, students should first scan the whole article quickly, pay attention to the title (middle), opening paragraph (viewpoint), ending paragraph (conclusion) and first sentence (topic sentence) of each paragraph, clarify the context of the article, understand the basic outline, and don't spend time on difficult words. Every time you read a paragraph carefully, you should summarize the meaning in time.
2. Browse the test paper and read the answers carefully. After mastering the meaning of the article, students can browse the topics at the back of the paper, and then read these topics carefully for the second time to achieve purposeful reading. Reading every word in the topic carefully and finding the approximate scope of the original text is equivalent to answering half the questions.
3. Repeat the full-text verification answer. After the answers are completed, students should check the answers of the whole article from beginning to end to ensure that the answers are correct. The answer is required to be accurate, concise and comprehensive.
Simple summary: 1. Grasp the main idea throughout the whole text. Second, serious problems, directional scanning. Thirdly, screening combination and directional expression.
Five-reading method
As the saying goes, "read it a hundred times and see what it means." This is to emphasize that this book should be read more and prevented from reading, instead of really reading it a hundred times and reading ten thousand volumes. But if you can read an article several times, the learning effect will be better. In particular, the articles in the Chinese textbooks used by students are mostly excellent. On average, articles are not read three or five times, and some articles are less than ten times. Here I recommend a "five-time reading method" to my classmates for reference in the college entrance examination.
The first time: show the course to the teacher before class.
The second time: study the text carefully after class and review what the teacher said.
The third time: after learning the unit, carefully check the first lesson to the last lesson of the unit.
Fourth time: After the whole book is finished, read the whole book again with the teacher's review guide.
The fifth time: the last time, that is, a few days before the exam, combined with the study notes and the usual unit tests, I reviewed the teaching materials and the key points of the teachers.
The above five reading methods and three reading steps are very practical ways to improve Chinese level. If we can put it into practice, students will have unexpected gains. Reading guidance in primary schools is actually not difficult. As long as the methods are proper, students will improve after a period of time.
