Mingde Blue Moon Valley School is a cooperative school run by Ningxiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Ningxiang Education Bureau and Mingde Middle School. It has transformed the original suburban nine-year compulsory school into Mingde Blue Moon Valley School. The design scale of the school is 24 classes in junior high school and 30 classes in primary school, with a total of 2550 degrees. With excellent hardware facilities and complete supporting facilities, the school can almost become a "leader" among major schools in Ningxiang.
