The library consists of office, editorial department, east campus book lending department, west campus book lending department, east campus periodical department, west campus periodical department, information department, modernization department, literature retrieval course teaching and research section and logistics support department. The library has full-time staff 106, including 22 with master's degree or above, 65 with bachelor's degree and 5 with junior college degree/kloc-0. There are 5 senior titles, 22 deputy senior titles and 36 intermediate titles.
