In addition to the above conventional methods, the ei retrieval certificate can also be entrusted to a third-party institution or a private institution. However, most institutions are not qualified, and they also entrust qualified institutions (2 1 1 or 985 university library) to obtain ei retrieval certificates.

It can provide proof of single content such as publication, inclusion or citation, and can also provide proof of multiple content such as publication, inclusion and citation.
