There are four engineering universities in Liaoning, namely Dalian University of Technology, Liaoning University, Northeastern University and Dalian Maritime University.

Dalian International Studies University, located in Dalian, Liaoning Province, China, is a provincial university in Liaoning Province. It is a multi-disciplinary foreign language university which focuses on foreign languages, and the disciplines of literature, management, economics, engineering, law and art support each other and develop in a coordinated way.
