Next, I will make a simple analysis of our group's investigation on the current situation of the new generation of employees. In order to make this survey targeted and effective, we designed a questionnaire, and collected 2 10 questionnaires through WeChat, QQ and other channels to understand the working status and psychological stability of the new generation of employees. The respondents are distributed in the whole country 12 provinces. The respondents' academic qualifications are generally high, with bachelor degree or above accounting for 89% of the survey population, and most of them have worked for less than 3 years, which is a good group representation. The industries that the respondents are engaged in are widely distributed, covering all walks of life, with good penetration and strong representation.

Respondents are generally satisfied with the working environment and the workload is moderate, but the arrangement of working hours needs to be improved. As the mentor and leader of the new generation of employees, how to arrange the appropriate workload and give them the appropriate working hours within the reasonable ability of employees is something that everyone here needs to think and consider.

"The new generation, the team has strength" is the theme of this competition, and it is also a chapter in the company's one-year training plan. As can be seen from the figure, with the improvement of work experience, the necessity of training is increasing. So all the training is useful for the new generation of employees? The answer is no, for most interviewees, the training has not achieved the expected results. In a word, training is necessary and the effect has not been achieved.

Presumably, when we enter the workplace or just step into the workplace, everyone who is doing it will involuntarily think about what their future leaders will look like. Do you have the opportunity to talk and communicate with leaders frequently at work? Our survey also gives a good answer. Through the analysis of the two dimensions of communication and management participation, we find that people who communicate frequently and frequently account for 57.86% of the total survey, while those who participate in management frequently only account for 33. 12% of the total survey.

So how satisfied are they with their current salary soon after they entered the workplace? Generally speaking, the satisfaction of the respondents is not very high, and the factors that determine satisfaction are nothing more than salary incentives and salary fairness. When salary incentives and fairness are improved, salary satisfaction will naturally rise.

It is inevitable that the new generation of employees will bump into each other when they first enter the workplace. When the new generation of employees encounter rough work and are dissatisfied with some aspects of their work, how will they choose? We cross-analyze the communication degree of employees and the way to deal with dissatisfaction, and find that employees who often communicate with leaders are more willing to communicate with their superiors to solve problems when they encounter bumps, while employees with low communication degree are more likely to leave their jobs.

It is inevitable that a rookie is eager for a promotion. Respondents' expectations for job promotion are mostly within three years, accounting for 96%. At the same time, 83% people think that career planning is necessary. Creating a career blueprint for the new generation of employees is the responsibility and obligation of every qualified mentor of the new generation of employees. This questionnaire survey also analyzes the factors that the new generation of employees think affect their work enthusiasm and improve their work enthusiasm, and finds that the results are only one-on-one. Finally, our team analyzed what the new generation of employees think their current company is worth improving. The first three are that A's superior affirms the work results in time and encourages B's superior and subordinate to communicate well. F's salary increase plan is formulated regularly and cashed in time.

The above is the result of our team's investigation on the current situation of the new generation of employees, so what is the current situation of our company?

Chapter II: Group Report

Through the efforts of my team members, this group assignment has finally been successfully completed. The completion of this task was not smooth sailing. First of all, my team members are not very good at PPT. Secondly, we feel that the time is too short and we can only finish this homework in a hurry, so our team's homework will inevitably have some shortcomings. I hope the teacher can understand.

First of all, talk about the completion process of our group. As the team leader, I first called my team members and held a short meeting. The purpose is to determine the topic selection and task assignment for this assignment. After the group members raised their hands to vote, our group finally decided that the topic was

"Real Estate People", the character is Wang Jianlin, the boss of Wanda Group. The next step is to assign tasks. My team members Fang Chao and Liu Ju are in charge of data collection, Li Yan and I are in charge of making PPT and word, and Liu Yuan is in charge of modifying PPT and Word's homework. After the revision is completed, show it to each member for comments and suggestions. Take the production of PPT as an example. When Liu Yuan showed us the finished product, Li Yan suggested that we add PPT background music and an inspirational song. Combined with Wang Jianlin's experience, we finally determined that this song is Wang Baoqiang's "Irresistible". Everyone thinks it makes sense, but no one is good at it, so we have to discuss it with a classmate in the dormitory and finally solve the problem.

In the process of doing PPT with Yan Li, we don't know what kind of PPT background to use. We wanted to make a brief introduction similar to the movie video, so we looked up many PPT backgrounds on the Internet and finally determined the dynamic border and film background of the movie film. We make Wang Jianlin's personal experience into small chapters, which are divided into military articles, entrepreneurial articles, honor articles, charity articles and Wang Jianlin's classic quotations. We think this is more complete and coherent.

This group cooperation made us understand the importance of collectivity. Everyone worked together and did their job, and Qi Xin worked together to finish the homework. Through this cooperation, our team members have also changed from the previous ones.

We are all very happy that we have reached a tacit understanding today. As a team leader, I also gained a lot. Learned to coordinate the task allocation and effective communication among members, and learned how to insert background music into ppt. I hope members of our group can continue to work hard to finish the next homework, make persistent efforts and strive for good results!

Chapter III: Report of Group Investigation and Research

1. survey topic: extracurricular reading survey of college students (social survey)

Two. The purpose of the investigation:

Speaking of the importance and significance of reading, people in all fields have given us a steady stream of enlightenment with their wisdom. Liu Xiang of the Han Dynasty said: "Books are still medicine, and good reading can cure fools." ; Gorky, who we are familiar with, also taught us: "The more I read, the closer books bring me to the world, and life becomes brighter and more meaningful for me." We have been exposed to these honest remarks and have known how important reading is to our lives since childhood. However, the extracurricular reading of contemporary college students is not optimistic. Our collection of books is richer and the means of obtaining books are more diversified, but our reading mind is deteriorating.

In order to understand the reading status and existing problems of college students and stimulate their reading awareness, our research group conducted a questionnaire survey on college students' reading quantity, reading books, reading purpose, reading time, reading methods and the influence of reading on body and mind. As we know, the four grades of the university are different in their concerns, personal habits and the amount of free time, so our comparison has become a comparison between the reading situation of the four grades of college students, which reflects the overall level of college students' reading situation in the country, regardless of regions.

Three. investigation method

(1) Introduction of survey methods

We use self-filled questionnaire survey, which is divided into two ways: paper questionnaire and online electronic questionnaire to promote the progress of questionnaire distribution. We distributed the questionnaire "Survey of College Students' Reading Status" to individuals (randomly selected) in the sample obtained by Shanghai International Studies University, and distributed the electronic questionnaire to the whole country on the online Q&A star platform. The investigation time is 2065438+April to June 2004. The investigation agency is a four-person team of the Mazhe Project. Social investigation is divided into three stages: ① Drafting stage: collecting data, designing questionnaires and discussing; ② Data collection stage: distributing questionnaires and collecting statistical data ③ Achievement presentation stage: presenting the collected data and the survey experience of this group to everyone in the form of ppt postscript.

(2) Introduction by the respondents

According to the survey design, we randomly distribute paper questionnaires according to the proportion of the respondents' grades, and pay attention to the balance between grades. Online paper questionnaires are distributed to college students nationwide regardless of the differences of respondents. Ability.

(3) Data collection and analysis

Data collection takes the form of "filling in the questionnaire on the spot, completing it on the spot and collecting it on the spot". This questionnaire * * * distributed paper questionnaire 100, and the online questionnaire could not be calculated. A total of 100 paper questionnaires and 69 online questionnaires were collected, of which 7 were invalid, namely 162 valid questionnaires.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) result analysis

1. Survey grade ratio

The picture shows the pie chart of the grade distribution of our respondents, with freshmen accounting for 15%, sophomores accounting for 47%, juniors accounting for 17% and seniors accounting for 2 1%. Because we randomly distribute paper questionnaires according to the grade proportion of the respondents, and the online questionnaire has a high recovery rate, so there are more sophomores. We use frequency to explain the phenomenon analysis, which will not affect the accuracy of the results.

2. Comparison of reading frequency among four grades.

The picture shows the comparison of reading frequency of four grades, from the inside out, they are freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors. With the growth of grade, the reading frequency is also increasing. Moreover, the reading frequency of juniors and seniors is polarized, with "frequent reading" and "almost no reading" ranking first among the four grades.

3. Comparison of average weekly reading time of four grades.

As shown in the line chart, with the increase of the average weekly time, the proportion of freshmen and sophomores shows a downward trend, while that of juniors is just the opposite. The average reading time of seniors is scattered and not concentrated.

4. Longitudinal comparison of reading time.

We designed a longitudinal comparison between the reading time after entering the university and the reading time before entering the university. As shown in the right column, the number of people who answered "increase", "decrease" and "almost unchanged" is about 50, 70 and 40 respectively. Through the comparison of figures, it can be concluded that the reading time of college students is generally shorter than before.

5. Analysis of the reasons for the reduction of reading time

The statistical results are shown in the pie chart on the left: nearly half of the people think it is because of busy schoolwork, 32% think it is because they have other leisure hobbies, 17% of the students think it is because they have not found any books that interest them, and no one thinks it is unnecessary to read them.

6. Investigation on reading methods and approaches

As shown in the above figure, the utilization ratio of e-books to paper books is about 4:6. Although online media is very developed now, paper books still occupy a major position in reading. Among these people who prefer paper books, the choice of "buying by themselves" and "borrowing from the library" is roughly equally divided about how to obtain paper books. It can be seen that the library occupies a very important position in everyone's reading style.

7. Investigation on reading comprehension.

"What books do you think contemporary college students should read more?" The survey results are shown on the radar map on the left. The number of people who choose literature, humanities and social sciences is the largest, exceeding 120. Followed by "life" books, accounting for about half of literature, humanities and social sciences. Then there are economic management, comics and so on. It can be concluded from this picture that the books that college students should read within the scope of investigation are: literature >; Humanities and Social Sciences > Life > Economic Management > Comics > Others

8. Comparative analysis of reading tendency.

"What kind of books did you read in college life?" As shown in the left figure, the scores calculated according to the proportion of various books in each grade can be sorted:

Freshman: literature > life > humanities and social sciences > comics > management sophomore: literature > humanities and social sciences > life > comics > management junior: literature > humanities and social sciences > life > comics > management senior: literature >; Life > Humanities and Social Sciences > Comics > Economic Management

Note: Explanation of score calculation: For example, we set five options. If you choose the first place in literature, you will get 5 points, the second place will get 4 points, the third place will get 3 points, the fourth place will get 2 points, and the fifth place will get 1 point, and then the average score will be calculated.

The rankings of the four grades show similar results. Posts in literature, comics and economic management are relatively fixed, while posts in life, humanities and social sciences change between different grades. Among them, the ranking results of freshman and senior are the same, and the ranking results of sophomore and junior are the same.

Compare questions 7 and 8: No matter which grade, there are deviations between theory and practice in the choice of reading books. "What books do you think contemporary college students should read more?" The ranking result of this question is: literature >; Humanities and Social Sciences > Life > Economic Management > Comics > Others. In the actual reading process, the reading volume of comics in each grade is higher than that of economics and management. The reason for this phenomenon will be explained in detail in the "Discussion" section.

9. Reading purpose survey:

The survey results of reading purpose are shown in the radar chart on the left. According to the degree that the index in the radar chart deviates from the central point, "hobby" is the most important factor that drives us to read. Self-improvement, leisure time and knowledge acquisition are also the main internal motivations, as well as physical and mental adjustment and curriculum requirements.

10. Investigation on reading meaning;

The survey results of reading meaning are shown in the radar chart below. Judging from the deviation degree of each index from the central point in the radar chart, everyone thinks that reading broadens our horizons, and a large number of people think that reading makes us "acquire knowledge", "soothe our emotions" and "adjust our body and mind". The role of books in "improving the realm of life" and "finding role models and discovering motivation in books" is far less than other options.

1 1. Collection of college students' favorite writers: the statistical results are as follows:
