Liu Linan was born in 1939 in Wuhan, Hubei. 1963 Graduated from Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, majoring in architecture. 65438-0963 joined Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute, and served as an engineer, deputy chief architect and chief architect.
