Liu Linan was born in 1939 in Wuhan, Hubei. 1963 Graduated from Department of Civil Engineering, Tsinghua University, majoring in architecture. 65438-0963 joined Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute, and served as an engineer, deputy chief architect and chief architect. In 2000, he served as consultant chief architect of Beijing Architectural Design and Research Institute. . 1988 was selected as an outstanding science, technology and management expert in Beijing. 1992 was selected as an expert on government special allowance of the State Council.
