"Perfusion" mainly refers to the pouring and inflow of liquid, and can also be compared to the injection of more abstract things such as painstaking efforts, feelings, courage and vitality.
"Coherence" refers to coherence, communication, or the concentration of abstract things such as spirit, energy and feelings.
In addition, the origins of these two words are also different. For example, the word "perfusion" appeared in Jin's "Bao Pu Zi Kao": When the fire enters the room, I am not in a hurry to pour it down, let it hover and not see its self-interest. The "Guanzhu" appeared in Gao Shiqi's "Notes on Jin Ao's Refusal to Eat" in the Qing Dynasty: it was the leader of the west, drawing water from the Tai liquid pool outside the wall for Guanzhu.
