Before the library opens, the hot zone gas signal/rainstorm warning signal is hoisted-the library will not be open.

During the opening of the library, the tropical cyclone/rainstorm warning signal will be hoisted and the library will be closed.

When the tropical cyclone signal/rainstorm warning signal is lowered-if the tropical cyclone signal is lowered, the closing time is still three hours or more. If circumstances permit, the library will reopen within two hours.

If the closing time is less than 3 hours, the library will not open.
