A high ladder on a high-rise building or structure.

Is a piece of paper, the most basic unit of a library-the composition of books.

Molecular this paper records the history of writing and printing, and the progress of human civilization. In the process of human civilization, people recorded the activities of people from the initial knotting to lettering in Oracle Bone Inscriptions, and wrote history and peace on sheepskin and bamboo pieces. Every change in people's writing media indicates that human civilization has entered a new stage.

It is a ruler, a curved ruler, which engraves every process of human progress from various words and pictures at that time. From knots to paper to digital technology, this ruler not only connects the past, but also extends to the future.

It is a ladder. At the top of the sculpture, its spiraling DNA model is our prediction: future books and materials will be stored in the form of biochips, or stored, processed and deepened in ways we don't know, and finally bring surprises to mankind in a more wonderful way. The application and research of DNA should be the most convenient step for human beings to explore the future.

This is a spray. Under the ark of knowledge, red waves encourage people to pursue knowledge constantly. Let people have more and better skills to live and transform the world.

It is a swan, spreading its wings, just like the shape of a map of Heilongjiang Province-a swan. If people can change their destiny through knowledge, they can also fly to the ideal height like swans.
