Guo Tu Concert Hall is a state-owned enterprise under the National Library of China directly under the Ministry of Culture. Located in the north of Zizhuyuan Park with pleasant scenery, in the National Library. Guo Tu Concert Hall has first-class facilities and beautiful environment. The audience is divided into upper and lower floors, with seats *** 1 153. The hall is spacious and bright with excellent audio-visual effects. Established in 1989, the museum is mainly engaged in organizing meetings, cultural and artistic exchange activities, receiving domestic and foreign performances and showing movies.

1993, Beijing Beitu Cultural Development Center was established. In 2002, the center passed the ISO900 1:2000: 2000 certification.

In 2008, the operating income of the center was about10 million yuan, a record high.

In 2009, the operating income of the center was180,000 yuan, reaching a new peak.

The center has Guo Tu Concert Hall (1 150 seats), Zizhu Film Hall (106 seats) and Wenhui Hall (187 seats), and is responsible for operating Pi Nuo Cafe and Changli Training Base of National Library in Guo Tu. The Concert Hall is a member of China Film Xingmei Cinema, which shows movies all the year round, holds concerts and holds cultural, academic, educational and training activities.
