First, readers must return the borrowed documents on time. The overdue library will send an overdue reminder notice, and the books will be suspended until the overdue books are returned.

Article 2 If a book is defaced or scribbled, the compensation shall be 1~2 times of the book price.

Article 3 If the barcode of a book is damaged, the compensation for each barcode shall be 1.00 yuan.

Article 4 A library shall, in line with the principle of fairness and justice, refer to the compensation standards for book losses and the publication years of books in ordinary university libraries, and formulate measures for book compensation.

Fifth lost Chinese books, compensation according to the following standards.

Books published 85 years ago shall be compensated at 20 times the original price.

1986 ~ 1992 published books, according to the original price 10 times the compensation.

Books published in 1993 ~ 1998 shall be compensated at 5 times the original price.

/kloc-books published from 0/999 to 2005 shall be compensated at 3 times the original price.

Books published from 2006 to 10 shall be compensated at twice the original price.

Books published since 1 1 shall be compensated at 1~2 times of the original price as appropriate.

Sixth lost foreign original, Hong Kong and Taiwan books, according to the original price of 3 times the compensation.

Seventh lost foreign language and Hong Kong and Taiwan photocopied books, according to the original price 10 times the compensation.

Article 8 If a book is lost, a book processing fee of 8.00 yuan shall be paid for the purchase of the same edition.

Article 9 After professional periodicals are lost, they shall be compensated at three times the annual price, and literary periodicals shall be compensated at three times the lost periodicals.

Article 10 If someone steals or tears books, the library has the right to decide whether to cancel the borrowing right according to the specific circumstances and send it to the relevant departments of the school for handling.

Eleventh without the consent of the library, the documents are taken out of the stacks and reading rooms, and will be dealt with severely according to the specific circumstances.

Article 12 The library card is for personal use only. If it is lost, it shall be reported immediately, and all consequences arising from the loss of lending or borrowing shall be borne by myself.

Article 13 If a non-personal library card is used, the readers in the school will give a verbal warning for the first time, and the borrowing rights of both parties will be suspended for one week from the second time, and the readers outside the school (that is, the readers in the school) will be suspended for one month.

Fourteenth theft, fraudulent use of other people's library cards, forged library cards and the use of library cards of unknown origin, sent to the school security office, suspended the right to borrow for 2 months.

Fifteenth in violation of the relevant provisions of the Library's "Literature Lending Rules", the staff have the right to stop their lending rights and notify the department until the security department.

Article 16 These Measures shall apply to all reader service departments and reader activity places of the library. Other book damage and violations not included in these Measures shall be handled by the library leaders and departments as appropriate.

Seventeenth all confiscated funds must be turned over to the school finance in time.

Eighteenth these measures shall be implemented as of the date of issuance, and the final interpretation right belongs to the school library.
