Thirtieth prohibit the use of fried fish, poisonous fish, electric fish and other methods to destroy fishery resources for fishing. It is forbidden to manufacture, sell or use prohibited fishing gear. Fishing in closed fishing areas and closed fishing periods is prohibited. Fishing nets smaller than the minimum mesh size are prohibited. The juvenile fish in the catch shall not exceed the prescribed proportion. It is forbidden to sell illegally caught catches in closed fishing areas or closed fishing periods. The types of key protected fishery resources and their fishing standards, closed fishing areas and periods, fishing gear and fishing methods prohibited or restricted, minimum mesh size and other measures to protect fishery resources shall be stipulated by the fishery administrative departments of the State Council or the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
People's Republic of China (PRC) wildlife protection law
Article 21 Hunting and killing of wildlife under special state protection is prohibited. Because of scientific research, population control, epidemic monitoring or other special circumstances, it is necessary to hunt wild animals under national first-class protection, and it shall apply to the competent department of wildlife protection in the State Council for a special hunting and catching license; Anyone who needs to hunt wild animals under second-class state protection shall apply to the wildlife protection department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government for a special hunting and catching license.
Twenty-seventh prohibit the sale, purchase and utilization of wildlife under special state protection and their products. Where it is necessary to sell, purchase or use wildlife under special state protection and its products due to scientific research, artificial breeding, public exhibitions, cultural relics protection or other special circumstances, it shall be approved by the wildlife protection departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and special signs shall be obtained and used in accordance with the regulations to ensure traceability, except as otherwise stipulated by the approval authorities in the State Council. The scope and management measures for the implementation of special signs for national key protected wild animals and their products shall be formulated by the competent department of wildlife protection in the State Council. Anyone who sells or uses wildlife that is not under special state protection shall provide proof of legal sources such as hunting, import and export. The sale of wild animals specified in the second and fourth paragraphs of this article shall be accompanied by a quarantine certificate according to law.
Article 44 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Cultural Relics Protection Law prohibits state-owned cultural relics collection units from donating, renting or selling their cultural relics to other units or individuals.
Article 18 of the Regulations on the Protection of Wild Plants in People's Republic of China (PRC) prohibits the sale and purchase of wild plants under national first-class protection. The sale and purchase of wild plants under second-class state protection must be approved by the administrative department of wild plants of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or its authorized institutions.
