Yaxi cellar wine, a specialty of Yaxi Town, Zunyi County, Guizhou Province, is a symbolic product of chinese national geography.

Yaxijiao Liquor is produced in Yaxi Town, about 40 kilometers southwest of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, one of the four famous towns in northern Guizhou. It is named after this place. The unique geographical environment and climatic conditions, coupled with the traditional production technology, have created the typical characteristics of "drinking without a head and no mouth" and the unique style of "thick sauce tail", which is also called "Yaxixiang" in the industry.

Yaxi cellar wine has a strong cellar fragrance, soft and clean, sweet but not greasy, fragrant but not strong, and a long aftertaste. Although it is Luzhou-flavor liquor, it has the characteristics of strong aroma at the entrance, strong sauce flavor at the tail and the name of beauty in the wine. 1959 the first batch of yaxijiao wine was rated as Guizhou famous wine and won the title of provincial famous wine and Guizhou famous brand product.

1989, in the international exposition held in Bulgaria, Yaxi cellar wine won the gold medal with the only unanimous vote.
