Fangcheng Campus of Henan Institute of Industrial Technology is a new campus jointly built by Henan Institute of Industrial Technology and Fangcheng County People's Government. Fangcheng Campus has become a highland for training technical and skilled personnel, and has trained more high-quality technical and skilled personnel for the high-quality development of Fangcheng county economy and the construction of Nanyang sub-center city.
Fangcheng Campus covers an area of 1 100 mu and is developed and constructed in three phases. The campus is located on the south side of Guiguo Avenue, the west side of Hongye Road, the east side of Outer Ring Road and the north side of Qiushi Road in Fangcheng New High-speed Railway Zone, Nanyang City, separated from Fangcheng high-speed railway station Road.
Fangcheng Campus of Henan Industrial Vocational and Technical College is a key construction project in Fangcheng County in 2022. The county government is speeding up the substantive work progress, doing its best to provide services and create good conditions in planning and design, land examination and approval, fund raising and construction scheme.
The planned land area is about 77 hectares, with a total construction area of about 450,000 square meters. The project is developed and constructed in three stages. The first-phase campus covers an area of 4 10 mu, with a total construction area of196,000 square meters, and * * * is divided into seven districts. The first phase can accommodate about 5,000 teachers and students, covering training teaching buildings, school-level office buildings, student dormitories, canteens, libraries, teachers' single apartments and so on.
