After receiving the fire alarm signal and fire alarm call in the monitoring area, the monitoring center should immediately notify the security personnel on duty and patrol personnel to rush to the scene by walkie-talkie and call the leaders on duty. After the personnel on duty arrive at the scene, if there is no fire, they should find out the alarm reason of the alarm signal and make detailed records. In case of fire, you should immediately call 1 19 to report to the fire brigade according to the fire, and feed back the information to the monitoring and alarm center, and carry out fire fighting and evacuation work at the same time. According to the fire situation, the monitoring center mobilized relevant personnel to start the fire fighting and emergency plan. In case of sudden fire, you should call the police immediately and leave the fire danger area quickly;
3. Emergency evacuation. In order to make the fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan go smoothly, the security department should strengthen the daily inspection to ensure the smooth flow of fire exits. Students' apartments, activity centers, restaurants, libraries, etc. in public gathering places should keep the fire exits unblocked, and the entrances and exits should be clearly marked. The fire exits and safety doors should not be locked, and the evacuation exits should be clearly illustrated. When a fire breaks out, the evacuation guide should quickly rush to the scene of the fire and use emergency broadcast to direct the crowd to evacuate in an organized way. The evacuation route should be as simple as possible, and the use of safety exits should be uniform. The staff of the evacuation guidance group shall have a clear division of labor and unified command;
4. Take measures. Fire fighting, in case of fire, be calm and take appropriate measures to organize fire fighting and evacuation. For the fire that can be put out immediately, we should seize the fighter and destroy it quickly. For fires that cannot be put out immediately, the principle of first controlling and then putting out should be adopted, and the fire spread should be controlled first, and then the fire should be put out in an all-round way to eliminate it in one fell swoop. If someone is trapped in the fire, it is necessary to adhere to the principle of saving people first and then putting out the fire, and make a comprehensive fire fighting and evacuation plan. Fire fighting should follow the principle of focusing first and then general;
5. communication. All department leaders and staff involved in fire fighting and emergency evacuation should open communication tools to ensure smooth communication and obey the command of the communication liaison team leader.

Sixteenth organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other units shall perform the following fire safety duties:
(a) the implementation of fire safety responsibility system, formulate the fire safety system and fire safety operating rules of the unit, and formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans;
(two) in accordance with national standards and industry standards, the allocation of fire facilities and equipment, set up fire safety signs, and organize regular inspection and maintenance to ensure that it is in good condition and effective;
(three) at least once a year to conduct a comprehensive inspection of building fire control facilities, to ensure that they are in good condition and effective, and the inspection records should be complete and accurate, and kept on file for future reference;
(four) to ensure the smooth passage of evacuation routes, safety exits and fire engines, and to ensure that the fire prevention and smoke prevention zones and fire prevention intervals meet the technical standards for fire control;
(five) the organization of fire inspection, timely elimination of fire hazards;
(six) to organize targeted fire drills;
(seven) other fire safety duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.
