Information Resource Center (National Engineering and Technology Library) is one of the main business units of China Institute of Science and Technology Information and an important part of National Engineering and Technology Library. The information resource center is mainly responsible for the construction of literature resources in various disciplines of engineering technology. In recent years, with the increasing funds for literature procurement, the scale, variety and quantity of literature in the collection have been greatly developed, the integrity, continuity and characteristics of the collection have been continuously improved, and the satisfaction rate and guarantee rate of literature have reached a certain level. It has initially possessed the function and ability to provide document information resources for national scientific and technological development and innovation, and has become the largest and most authoritative professional library in the field of engineering technology in China.

3. Academician's Works Museum

At the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the China Academy of Engineering, the Academician's Works Library was officially completed and opened to the public on June 3, 2004. Its mission is to collect all-round scientific and technological documents of academicians and build a treasure house of knowledge with high academic value; Show the elegance of academicians, inherit the spirit of academicians, publicize the thoughts of academicians and spread the culture of academicians; Provide abundant information guarantee for China's scientific and technological development, and provide high-quality and efficient information services for promoting independent innovation. At present, the academician's works database has collected more than 3,000 academic works and 33,000 academic papers of nearly 1,000 academicians from China Academy of Engineering and China Academy of Sciences, as well as more than 900 articles with the style of academicians, and established an academician information system for searching and querying. 4. Scientific research

The research room of digital library is an important part of the information resource center. Its main task is to improve the service level of the library by modern means, carry out the research on retrieval language and retrieval technology, and organize the implementation of the development plan of the digital library system. The research room has a team of high-quality professionals, with young and middle-aged technical backbones as the main force, and fully undertakes the information technology support functions of the center to ensure the reliable operation of network systems, server systems, automation systems and digital systems; He has undertaken a number of national scientific and technological projects, and has done a lot of fruitful research work in the fields of English-Chinese scientific and technological thesaurus, Chinese thesaurus, e-government thesaurus, and the construction of scientific and technological data system. As the network management center of the National Science and Technology Library, one of the main tasks of the Information Technology Support Center is to ensure the normal operation, management and maintenance of the network service system of the National Science and Technology Library and the network system of the National Engineering and Technology Library. Postgraduate faculty

China Institute of Science and Technology Information began to recruit graduate students majoring in information science from 1978, which has a history of 35 years. It is one of the earliest institutions in China to carry out postgraduate education in information science. 1984 with the approval of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, it was granted the right to master's degree in information science. 65438-0997 to carry out the training work of applying for master's degree (that is, on-the-job graduate students) with the same academic ability.
