The main reason why preschool education tends to be primary school is that (1) caters to parents' mentality of "hoping their children will succeed". In order to cater to parents' desire for success, many primary schools set up preschool classes blindly for the purpose of generating income, regardless of whether they have the conditions to hold preschool classes. (2) The teachers are weak. Kindergarten teachers are different from primary school teachers and have their own unique requirements and qualities. However, a considerable number of preschool students have never received systematic and formal professional training, or have been "decentralized" because they are not qualified for primary school teaching. Teaching activities have great randomness and blindness. If children's daily life is the same as that of primary school, they will go to class according to the bell of primary school; In terms of teaching content, the first-grade primary school textbooks are used, with reading, writing and arithmetic as the mainstay; In terms of teaching methods, preschool classes are mainly based on the injection or spoon-feeding mode of teachers talking, children listening, teachers reading, teachers doing and children watching. Some classes are more than 18 per week, and some even reach 24 classes, each class is 45 minutes, and there are midterm and final exams. (3) Poor school conditions. Due to the late start and poor conditions of preschool education in rural areas in China, there are no toys, teaching AIDS and books and pictures in preschool classes, and there are no teaching materials and reference materials suitable for preschool children. It is difficult for teachers to carry out education suitable for children's age characteristics.
