There is an academic lecture hall on the first floor of the library, and a study space made by party member on the second floor, which can accommodate 50 party member students to study and organize activities, and is open to the grassroots party organizations and students of the whole school. There are eight book lending rooms and reading rooms on the second to fifth floors, which adopt the integrated management mode of borrowing and collecting. There are eight study rooms on the first to fourth floors, and two electronic reading rooms on the fourth floor, which can provide students with services such as reading digital resources, curriculum design, graduation design and information literacy training.
