The Library of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, a municipal agricultural professional library, was founded in 198 1 with a history of more than 20 years. In 2000, it was developed into "Beijing Agricultural Electronic Library", which comprehensively and systematically collected information resources of agricultural science, biological science and related disciplines at home and abroad, highlighted Beijing's regional characteristics, formed an information resource system of printing+electronics+network, and became Beijing.

The library of China Agricultural University has 1 16 staff members, including 39 senior professional titles and 2 graduate students1person. Agriculture and Forestry Center of China Higher Education Document Guarantee System, Foreign Language Teaching Material Center of Agricultural Discipline of State Education Commission and Haidian Agricultural Library all belong to this museum. The library adopts advanced automation and open-shelf management mode, integrating collection and reading to maximize the convenience for readers. Since 1995, the library has established an office automation and networked information service environment, increased electronic resources, and determined the working objectives of personalized information service. Strengthen user training and carry out user training featuring weekly lectures. Libraries actively carry out exchanges and cooperation at home and abroad, and improve the overall service level of libraries through mutual learning. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, the construction of the library of China Agricultural University focused on the construction of literature resources, personalized information services, digital construction and literature resources sharing.
