After certified pregnancy, it is not allowed to identify the sex of the fetus without permission, and it is not allowed to induce labor in violation of regulations; If an unexpected pregnancy or unplanned pregnancy occurs after the implementation of birth control measures, remedial measures shall be voluntarily implemented.
5. Consciously abide by the floating population family planning laws and regulations. Migrant workers should consciously apply for the marriage and childbearing certificate of floating population before leaving the domicile, take the initiative to submit the marriage and childbearing certificate of floating population, consciously implement contraceptive measures, and consciously accept the family planning management and services at the domicile and current residence.
6. The members of the integrity team violate the laws and regulations on population and family planning, and have unplanned pregnancies and illegal births. Other members actively do their persuasion work, mobilize them to take remedial measures, and implement the punishment measures stipulated by laws, regulations and policies on population and family planning.
If Party B fails to perform the agreed obligations, it shall not enjoy the relevant preferential policies except in accordance with the laws and regulations on population and family planning; If the members of the integrity group have illegal births or fail to implement long-term contraceptive measures in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, other members shall bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of village rules and regulations.
Second, the effectiveness of the agreement.
This agreement shall be valid for 2 years, counting from the date of signing by both parties, and shall be re-signed after the expiration. During the validity period of this agreement, if the laws, regulations and policies involved in this agreement change, both parties agree to automatically adapt to the new laws, regulations and policies according to the principle of legality.
