Probe inspection and maintenance
In the daily maintenance work, it is also necessary to check and maintain the probe to ensure that the probe can work normally. Firstly, determine the appearance of the probe, and consider whether to replace the spare parts if the cable is damaged. For slightly damaged cables, they can be wrapped with radiator tubes.
At the same time, it is necessary to check the front-end equipment and confirm whether the cable interface of the equipment is damaged. If the interface is damaged or loses elasticity, spare parts need to be replaced in time to avoid inaccurate measurement caused by loose signal line during unit operation. In the fault inspection of the preamplifier, it is also necessary to use a probe close to the metal conductor to confirm whether the output of the preamplifier is the smallest at this time. When the probe is far away from the metal conductor, the output of the preamplifier should reach the maximum.
Failure to meet this situation indicates that the front-end equipment is faulty and needs to be replaced in time. Secondly, in the process of inspection and maintenance, it is necessary to record the model and serial number of the equipment in order to send it to the test factory for verification.
