China People's Revolutionary Military Museum (including China Militia Weapons and Equipment Exhibition Hall) is located at No.9 Fuxing Road, Haidian District, Beijing, on the extension line of Chang 'an Avenue on the west side of Tiananmen Square in Beijing, with a construction area of 1.59 million square meters and an exhibition area of nearly 60,000 square meters. It is one of the top ten buildings in the capital and the first comprehensive military museum in China. 1959, China people's revolutionary military museum was established; 1959 March 12, approved by the Central Military Commission, was officially named China People's Revolutionary Military Museum. 1960 In August, China People's Revolutionary Military Museum officially opened; On July 20 17, the exhibition building of China People's Revolutionary Military Museum was completed.

The cultural relics of China People's Revolutionary Military Museum mainly reflect the military history of China People's Liberation Army, China ancient and modern military history and world military history. The characteristic cultural relics in the collection are weapons, military uniforms, badges and military artworks. The cultural relics in the collection include airplanes, cannons, ships, missiles, firearms, ammunition, cold weapons, medals, badges, seals, coins, pottery, porcelain, utensils, clothes, flags, documents and notes.
