Massage technique II

Lie flat with your thumb on one side and the other four fingers folded on one side. Open your chin, walk up and down, and let your breasts move in small circles. Pour a small amount of prepared massage oil on your hands (or drop it directly on your chest), and then apply it evenly on your chest. If the massage is not very moist during the massage, add a small amount of massage oil at any time when you feel astringent. Massage technique can be divided into four steps:
