Special post students in water conservancy are better, and special post students belong to directional training. Generally, the annual enrollment plan is determined according to the job vacancies of local grass-roots water conservancy institutions and the demand for water conservancy talents.

About employment. Directional training graduates after passing the examination, by the students where the county (city, district) editorial board for editing procedures, the county (city, district) human resources and social security departments for institutions employment procedures, arrangements to the grass-roots water conservancy management units (water conservancy posts).

After graduation, the Water Conservancy Bureau of the county (city, district) where the students are located, in conjunction with the human resources and social security department, will take the form of direct assessment for recruitment and send them to the grass-roots water management units (water conservancy posts) under their jurisdiction to ensure that they have jobs.

Students who fail to graduate or pass the exam at the end of their studies will terminate or cancel the agreement. The hired orientation students have served in the employer for not less than 5 years, and may not be transferred to other units (posts) within 5 years. Those who leave the employer for less than 5 years shall bear the liability for breach of contract in accordance with the agreement.

At the expiration of the contract, the employment period assessment shall be strictly implemented. If the employment period fails to pass the examination, the employment contract will not be renewed.

Summer practice is a practical teaching link designed for students in special posts of water conservancy at the grass-roots level in schools. It is required that 397 students from 8 classes in Grade 2020 should go to the grass-roots water conservancy units in the whole province for internship from July 12 to August 20, and arrange 40 teachers to guide them all the time. After the internship, all special post students are required to submit notes, summaries and other materials of the internship week, and their performance is evaluated according to their internship performance.
