Guancheng Library is a professional public library featuring art, literature and history books and ancient books, and integrating the functions of borrowing, reading, preservation, research, communication and education. The total construction area of the library is about 5,000 square meters, and it is estimated that there will be more than 200,000 books. The library has an open book lending area, a newspaper area, an electronic retrieval area, a self-service lending area, an electronic service area, a small seminar room, a multi-functional lecture hall, a collection room dedicated to ancient books and a study room, and wireless networks are all over the library. Strategic location, located at the 3rd-4th floor of the North Building of Guancheng Citizen Square, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It was officially opened to the public on September 28th, 2008.
