To borrow books on the third floor, you need a library card and my ID card. If you are a child, you can take the household registration book, go to the registration office on the west side of the second floor, get a card, and pay a deposit of 100 to borrow books.

The general Chinese lending room is on the third floor. Electronic reading room is free, but you can't use USB flash drive, you can only read it.
