After the ticket booking is successful, visitors are requested to visit the museum in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the corresponding booking date and time period. Early or late admission is not allowed.

2. Description of appointment:
The same account can book up to 5 tickets on the same day; The same ticket can be booked at most 1 ticket on the same ID card use day; You can book up to 5 tickets for the same mobile phone number on the same day. No change or refund is supported after placing an order.
All personnel (except active servicemen, fire and rescue workers, disabled people and elderly people over 65 years old) need to make an online appointment and hold the original ID card or other valid ID documents (passports, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan passes) filled in at the time of appointment before entering the museum. (Note: Except during the escalation of epidemic control, all personnel need to make an appointment online at this time. )
Visitors who make an appointment with their ID cards will go through the boarding formalities at the boarding gate with their original ID cards on the day of admission.
Viewers who use non-ID cards to book tickets will generate QR codes after successful booking. On the day of admission, you can enter the museum with the original appointment certificate (passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan pass) by brushing the QR code with a handheld device.
Servicemen, fire and rescue workers, disabled people and elderly people over 65 do not need to make an appointment (except during the epidemic escalation). After arriving at the scene, they will brush the original ID card and enter the museum through the green channel.
Children need an appointment. For children who do not have the original ID card, please ask parents to add the reservation information such as the child's ID number in the reservation interface. After the appointment is successful, the original parent ID card will be brushed on the spot and the ordering information will be presented to the staff of our library. After verification, children enter the library with their parents, and each adult can bring up to two children.
3. Group booking:
Support travel agencies, enterprises and institutions, schools, government departments and ministries to make team appointments. Please log in to official website on the computer, click Team Reservation, and then make a team reservation after registering your account. Booking a group ticket requires filling in the identity information of all the tourists in the group. Due to the need to upload the form, the official WeChat account and Meituan APP have not yet opened the team appointment.
Each company can only register one account. Users who register for the first time can log in to their account first and view the audit results in "Team Basic Information" under "Historical Orders". After the registration is passed, you need to make an appointment at least 1 day in advance, and you can make an appointment within 7 days at most (teams who make an appointment in advance 1 day need to submit their orders before the appointment date 16:00). When booking tickets, you need to fill in the real group information, the real name of the booking person, the second-generation ID number and other information. Each ID number can only be reserved once on the same day. The number of people reserved for single batch and single group is limited to 10-200. Each group can make up to three appointments on the same day.
On the day of the visit, each member must bring the documents filled in the order form and visit the museum within the scheduled time.
