Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College Library is divided into South Campus Library and North Campus Library. The North Campus Library has four floors. On the first floor, there are books on China literature, geography, medicine and health, economy, computer, law and mathematical science. There are editing department, reading promotion department, foreign language reading room and other departments on the second floor, which are responsible for the maintenance of the book management system, the management of readers' certificates and the handling of lost books and periodicals. There are more than 90 computers on the third floor, which provide online inquiry service. The fourth floor is the study room for readers to study by themselves. There is only one lending room in the library of South Campus.

All teachers and students of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College have the right to borrow books and periodicals collected in the library free of charge. Each student reader can borrow 20 books at a time for 30 days, and can renew them once during the period. The library provides lockers on floors 1 to 3 for storing the bags of the day. Room 30 1 library provides printing and copying services.
