The road construction project of Guang Zhi Road East Extension (Third Ring Road-Mudan West Road Section) started the pre-trial site selection and municipal conditions declaration on April 14, 2023, and it is expected to be officially started by the end of 2023.

Guang Zhi Road East Extension (Third Ring Road-Mudan West Road Section) starts from the Third Ring Road in the west and ends at Mudan West Road in the east, with a total length of about 1.6km and a planned red line width of 40 meters. The main construction contents include roads, bridges, rain and sewage pipelines, pipeline integration, lighting, traffic facilities, landscape greening and other supporting projects.
