As I said at the beginning of sharing, I came with two goals. One is to learn the career path of HR, and the other is to see how the seniors do career planning.

Part 1 career path

Teacher Martha was born in a non-professional class and transferred from senior sales to HR and consulting. Her thoughts on the current situation of HR and her thoughts are very enlightening.

First of all, about the status quo and trends.

The work of HR is divided into three layers according to the pyramid structure: administration, execution and strategy. The current situation of most people: administration, which consumes 60% of energy and only produces 10% value; A strategy that consumes 10% energy can generate 60% value. Administrative work is most easily replaced, which brings job insecurity.

However, according to ulrich's "three carriages" theory, the trend is that some large companies outsource their administration or turn it into a service center in the process of human resources transformation, which greatly reduces the cost or manpower. Implement and become more experts in COE field, and strategically become more human resources partners of HRBP.

If you want to enhance your sense of professional security, you must make more efforts in execution or strategy.

Second, the career stage and research topics.

According to the above two pictures, I am now in the revision period, and I need to find my own career orientation and development direction and actively seek solutions. As for Ann, it is best not to change her career orientation after a regular period. Personally, it varies from person to person. The most important thing is to think clearly about the cost and balance of changing and not changing.

Third, successful passwords, two strategies and ability models

According to his own experience and consulting experience, the teacher gave a very interesting password for HR success, and put forward ABC strategy, BHD strategy and HR competency model for career development (the strategy and model can be applied to various occupations).

Four things impressed me and made me feel very interesting:

1, a new definition of high emotional intelligence: sensitive to interpersonal skills, with the observation and guidance of consultants;

2, strong connections: sharing more is also a way to build contacts, pay tribute to the teacher.

3. The definition of main business, auxiliary business and auxiliary business in 3.ABC theory, and the transformation mode. From the time point of view: the main business is the job that takes up the most time, followed by sideline, which is basically a hobby that takes up little time.

4. Two suggestions for finding advantages and hobbies: when looking for advantages, you can endorse your past resume, and when looking for hobbies, you can also use the method of casting a wide net (take part in more activities and find your own interests) (these are for people who feel that they have no advantages and hobbies).

The second part is the concept of career planning

Judging from the experience and thinking of this class, the idea of this career planning is like this.

The first step is to determine the occupation to be planned;

The second step is to study the current situation and common puzzles of this profession and help customers to make corresponding responses;

The third step is to return to the professional stage and topic of general class to help customers sort out;

The fourth step is to impart experience and skills, such as success code and development strategy map.

The fifth step is to return to the ability model and develop in a balanced way.

The sixth step, not this time, but I believe the most important step is follow-up observation and continuous guidance.
