1. Open the upper cover of the all-in-one scanner and press the document or picture to be scanned face down.

2. Double-click "My Computer" in the computer and click the scanner icon in my computer (this icon will appear after the driver of the all-in-one machine is installed).

3. Select Scanner and Camera Wizard in the pop-up dialog box, and then click OK.

4. Click "Next", select the picture type "Color Photo", the paper source "Plane", and then click "Next".

5. Enter the file name, file format and storage location. For example, if I enter the file name "557", the file format "JPG" and the storage location "Desktop", click Next.

6. When scanning starts, a progress bar will be displayed.

7. After scanning, select "Do nothing, I will finish processing these photos", click "Next" and click "Finish".

8. At this moment, a scanned picture of 557.jpg appeared on the desktop. Open it and see the effect.

How to use the scanner

The scanner can be used as follows:

1. Connect the scanner to the computer with USB cable and put the file into the scanner.

2. Click Computer, and then click Open Scanner.

3. Select Scanner and Camera Wizard in the pop-up dialog box, and then click OK.

4. After opening the program, click Next.

5. According to the prompt, select the picture type, color photo and paper source tablet, and then click Next.

6. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the file name, file format and save location according to your own needs, and click "Next".

7. Start scanning, and click Finish after scanning.

8. The scanned file can be found in the storage location.
